How do I purchase a course for myself?
To purchase courses for yourself:
- Go to the Telecommunications Workforce Center site (https://workforce.wia.org/login/index.php).
- Log in to the site, if you have an account.
If you do not, follow the instructions here: How do I create an account in the Telecom Workforce Center platform? - Click Catalog in the top menu.
- Click on the Add to Cart button for the course you wish to purchase. A notice will display indicating that the course was added to your cart. Also, your cart icon will show a number next to it, indicating the number of courses in it.
- Repeat the above steps to purchase additional licenses.
- When you are ready to check out, click the Shopping Cart
icon at the top right of the page. It should have a number over it indicating the total courses you added to your cart.
- Check out.
After doing so, the course will appear in the My Courses tab, and will also be accessible from the My Dashboard page.
