I passed the assessment(s), but I still cannot access the link to download my certificate...
First, you must pass all course assessments with a score of 80% or higher. You must then complete the Training Evaluation survey in order to receive your certificate. Once this is complete, the link to view and download your certificate will be active. Your certificate will also be emailed to the email address associated with your account.
