I purchased seats for employees. How do I see how many seats have been used and by whom?

After purchasing seats in a course, you will receive enrollment keys for that course that enable learners to enroll in the course at no cost to them up to the total number of seats you purchased. To see how many of these keys have been used:
  1. Select My Dashboard from the My Learning menu at the top of the page.


    All purchased seats will be shown in the Seats tab on this page.


  2. The Seats Purchased column shows the total number of seats purchased in that transaction for that course.
  3. The Seats Used column shows the number of seats that have been claimed/used by your learners. 
  4. To see which users have claimed their seats, click the  icon in the Details column next to the course transaction. The Details page displays the list of users who used the seat key to enroll in that course ("Completed" means that the user successfully used the key and is currently enrolled in the course).
