I purchased seats in a course(s) for my employees. Can I see their progress?

For managers who purchase 20 seats or more for their teams, the Telecommunications Workforce Center will enroll that manager in all courses purchased and provide them with a special dashboard to view their team's progress. That dashboard can be accessed at My Learning > Manager Dashboard. 


On this page, you can see information such as:
  1. For each course in which you purchased seats:
    1. Total enrolled learners vs. # of learners who have completed all course requirements
    2. % of learners who completed course requirements
    3. Course average grade
    4. # visits in each course
    5. Time spent in each course
    6. Average time spent per student
    7. Average # visits per student
  2. For each learner in a course in which you purchased seats, you can see:
    1. The learner's name and email address
    2. Date the learner enrolled in the course
    3. Date/time the learner last accessed the course
    4. Learner's completion status (not started, in progress, complete)
    5. Learners grade
    6. Total completed activities in the course out of total number of activities in the course
    7. # of visits to the course
    8. Time spent in the course
  3. For each activity in a course, you can also see:
    1. Activity type
    2. Total number of visits
    3. Average time on activity
    4. # of learners who completed the activity
    5. Average grade in the activity
All of the above data can also be exported to CSV, XLS or PDF format.
